Biography
Dr. Jessica Reddy is the Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of The Flossophy Group, where she holds clinical authority across the platform and leads clinical standards, provider development, and the patient experience at every affiliated practice. She also practices full-time, and holds the standard she sets for the organization to the same measure in her own operatory.
Raised in Northwest Indiana and the Chicago suburbs, Dr. Reddy earned her undergraduate degree from Indiana University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry. She has pursued advanced training through the Kois Center, with an emphasis on comprehensive care and full-mouth rehabilitation, and brings an evidence-based approach to complex treatment planning.
Dr. Reddy practices at Smiles on Enterprise and at Tilden Dental Group, where she was hand-selected by Dr. Tilden to assume ownership and continue a practice legacy built over more than thirty years. That transition became a model for how Flossophy approaches succession: protecting the relationships, the team, and the standard of care that made a practice worth continuing in the first place. She serves as the clinical lead for both locations and for every office the platform opens or acquires.
Her clinical philosophy is straightforward: treat people, not just teeth. She believes patients make better decisions when they genuinely understand their oral health, and she has built that principle into how Flossophy providers are trained — in case presentation, in documentation, and in the time given to every conversation that precedes treatment. For Dr. Reddy, operational discipline exists for one reason: to protect the integrity of clinical care and give clinicians the room to practice it well.
Dr. Reddy lives in Chicago with her family and her dog, Tiffin, an unofficial practice mascot whose campaign for naming rights remains unsuccessful. An avid coffee and matcha drinker, she welcomes local recommendations, and having completed a triathlon, she is now training for her first marathon.
