WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED.

No claim may be brought more than one (1) year after the cause of action accrues.

• Your violation of third-party rights

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification.

7. Compliance with COPPA

THE SITE IS NOT INTENDED FOR USERS UNDER THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE. If under 18, you must have parental permission to provide Personal Information.

8. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois (without regard to conflict-of-law principles). Venue shall be in state or federal courts located in Illinois. You waive objections to venue.

9. Severability and Waiver

If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.

10. Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, or agency relationship.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flossophy.
