Biography

William Park is the Chief Executive Officer of The Flossophy Group, a multi-site dental platform that pairs clinical excellence with centralized operating infrastructure and a disciplined approach to growth. He is responsible for platform strategy, operating performance, acquisitions, real estate, and the shared services organization that supports each affiliated practice.

William has spent a decade in dentistry, beginning in a dental laboratory. That start shaped a conviction that has guided his work since: the quality a patient experiences is largely determined by systems the patient never sees.

He founded a dental staffing company, developing direct expertise in the labor market that drives practice capacity, payroll ratio, and continuity of care. He then moved into commercial real estate, where he has underwritten acquisitions, structured financing, negotiated leases, and overseen asset management, construction, and tenant operations across an active portfolio — before joining a commercial real estate brokerage specializing in healthcare, where he advises dental and medical clients on site selection, tenant representation, and lease negotiation. He has since built a practice in dental mergers and acquisitions, valuing, structuring, and closing transactions on both the buy and sell side.

At Flossophy, William brings that transactional and operating experience to bear on a single, repeatable model. On the front end, that means disciplined site selection, rigorous deal underwriting, and real estate control that protects practice-level margin for the life of the asset. On the back end, it means centralized revenue cycle management, procurement, human resources, finance, and technology — delivered once, well, across the platform — together with consistent performance standards and reporting at every location. He is an operator rather than an advisor, and he works inside the practices rather than above them.

William earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Illinois. Outside of his professional work, he is an avid reader with a longstanding interest in design — a sensibility reflected in the environments Flossophy builds for its patients and teams.
